Meia Dúzia

Terms of Use

Simple rules for using Meia Dúzia. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, it's best not to use it.

Meia Dúzia is a free football simulation game — no purchases, no real money and no prizes. It's just entertainment; nothing here is betting or gambling.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to play. You use the game, but you don't own it: the code, the design, the card and album system, the simulation engine, the 'Meia Dúzia' brand and the 6-0 crest remain ours.

Accounts are optional (login is via an email link). If you create one, you're responsible for giving a real email, keeping access to that email secure, and for everything that happens on your account. The nickname you choose can be refused or adjusted if it's offensive, misleading, or impersonates someone else. Without an account, none of this applies.

So everyone has fun: don't reverse-engineer or game the simulation engine, don't automate or abuse the service, don't try to take down or overload the game, and don't use Meia Dúzia for anything illegal.

The names of real players, national teams and competitions, when they appear, are used in a referential, editorial way — with no official logos, crests or kits. There's no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from any player, club, national team or federation. The brands and names mentioned belong to their owners, and we can remove any reference on request.

The game is provided 'as is'. We do our best, but we can't promise it'll work error-free or stay online forever — the simulation may have bugs and the service may go down. Within what Brazilian law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages from use. Since it's free and no money is involved, the real risk here is low. None of this removes the rights guaranteed to you by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

We may change, pause or shut down the game, features or these terms. When possible, we'll give notice on this page. If we need to suspend an account for breaking these rules, you have the right to contact us and explain yourself. And you can close your account and ask us to delete your data whenever you want.

These terms follow Brazilian law — in particular the Consumer Protection Code, the Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil) and the LGPD. Any disputes may be handled in the court of your home jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Want to reach us? privacidade@nhackt.app.
